I read rumors that MySpace didn't really delete everybody's pictures, comments, and blogs, that they're just in a transition period trying to figure out what to do.  This transition period probably also explains why I couldn't even sign into my profile for the last few months and it was only when I visited my url directly did I discover it seemed all my years of musings and poetry were gone, a few Google searches confirmed the worst.
